We ask that you spend a minimum of $250 on each order places with a minimum quantity of 3 units of each product.
Orders that do not meet these criteria will not be processed. Payment must be made by pre-paid check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or Paypal. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.
Wholesale products will ship within 12-14 business days, unless otherwise specified. Please inquire about orders of more than 70 candles as we may need more time to produce larger quantities. If you would like your order to be shipped by a certain date before 12 business days past date of order placement, our rush fee is 25% of the total order price.
Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. LH CANDLE STUDIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. You may also pick up your order. Please email us to arrange a time to pick up.
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to LH CANDLE STUDIO within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
