Refund + Exchange Policy

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment for if photographic proof of damage is submitted to LH CANDLE STUDIO within 14 days of delivery.

You may also exchange a wax melt, travel tin and wax tablet for another product of the same price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. But, flower, fruit candles and customized candles are exempt from being exchanged. Because the decorations on the top of the base candles are delicate so it can be easily damaged on the way back to us. So no exchange will be accepted.
