Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer flat-rate shipping of $9.00 via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for all orders shipping to locations within the United States. Pending credit verification, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing as orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays). While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your product order within 7-10 days.
Quoted shipping fees include the cost of packing materials and all orders are packed with extreme care to ensure safe arrival at your home. You will receive an email with your tracking number the day your shipment is released to the USPS or UPS.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. You can choose other options (like Priority Mail international, DHL, or UPS). Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year, and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and customs duties/clearances associated with shipping to their respective countries. Please note that these charges are beyond my control and are at the discretion of your local customs officers or post office.
